Cleaning is not the most glamourous part of chalet hosting, but it is a vitally important one and unless you have worked professionally before as a cleaner you are unlikely to realise the standards.
This is where the Fresh Tracks level 2 chalet cleaning course comes in. We know from experience that presenting guests with an immaculately clean chalet will not only have them on your side from day one, but will also make your day, week and season a whole lot easier.
In short, you will learn how to clean a chalet from top to bottom, but importantly how to do this efficiently and effectively, giving you the opportunity to make the most of your winter season...

As with any training course there is no guarantee of a job. However completing this course will give you the knowledge to be able to clean a chalet effectively and will demonstrate to potential employers your commitment to the role.
Yes this course can be completed on its own with no prerequisites.
The course on average will take 3-4 hours to complete.
The course is designed for anyone wanting to go and become a ski chalet host or who wants to know more about the cleaning levels and standards required in a ski chalet.
This course is not currently part of the residential course. Cleaning is taught separately on the residential course.
